Streaming with Mevo Multicam App

This guide walks you through setting up the Logitech Mevo Multicam App with sidelineHD to enable smooth and reliable live streaming. It covers configuration steps, connection settings, and usage tips to ensure your streams run without interruption.

If you are a first time Streamer, we recommend starting with the Mevo 2.0 App.

Streaming with Mevo Multicam App and SidelineHD:

What You Will Need

Setting up your Mevo Multicam App

  1. Power up your mevo device by pressing and holding the power button for three seconds
    • The white LED lights will pop on and start blinking as it initializes
    • For questions about your Mevo Device, visit Mevo Support
  2. Login to your sidelineHD Account
  3. Select your Team Card
  4. At the top right of your team page, select Settings
  5. Select Stream Settings
  6. Select Camera Settings
  7. Select the three dots to the right of your camera
    • If you do not already have a camera enabled here, select the Mevo button to add a new camera.
  8. Select Reconfigure Camera button
  9. Select the Open in Mevo Multicam App button
  10. You'll see the go live with sidelineHD and Mevo screen that displays your stream URL and stream key
  11. Select the blue Launch Mevo Multicam App button to add your connection to the Multicam App.                                      

Livestream With Mevo Multicam App

  1. In the Mevo Multicam app, add your Mevo camera by selecting the +Add option on screen
    • Your Mevo Multicam app may automatically detect your cameras
  2. Select the SETUP button
  3. Select your Wi-Fi or Mevo Access Point
    • Select Yes, I have Wi-Fi to use a stand alone hotspot/ Mifi or a hotspot from a different device
      • Proceed to select the WiFi from the list of available Wi-Fi networks
    • Select No, I do not have Wi-Fi to use your device's Cellular Data plan
      • A password is not required and can be skipped
  4. Select the the Live button
  5. Select sidelineHD as your destination (DO NOT select Facebook or YouTube)
  6. Select Stream Settings Resolution
    • We recommend 720p or lower
  7. Select the Go Live: 1 destination button

If everything is working correctly, you should receive a Stream up text message from sidelineHD within 30 seconds!

We recommend not swiping out of the Mevo Multicam app. Doing so can cause your stream to stop.

NOTE:

If you get repeated up/down messages, it's likely because your connection does not have enough bandwidth. Downshift to 480p or 360p, stop your stream by stopping the livestream and then adjust the resolution box, choose 480 or 360, and press Go live again. /strong
