To score the game, generate automatic highlight text, AI-generated recaps, and box scores for your team, using sidelineSCORE, follow these steps:
The top line Ace, Kill, and Block automatically advance the score
The bottom line are tag only options ( Assist, Dig, Highlight do not advance the score)
1. Create a game if it has not been created already
2. Tap into the game card and select Start Game
3. Press the VB icon of the team serving the ball ( it will light up purple)
4. Press [Ball Served] when the ref blows the whistle, signaling the server to begin the serve.
5. If the opponent scores increase the point in their box
When your team scores a point, pressing the (Ace, Block, or Kill advances the score and prompts you to tag a player)
Example Ace: Tap Ace, score advances, credit goes to the server
Example Kill: Player 4 is going to score on a Kill, press Kill tag player 4
Example Assist: Let's tag the assist for player number 5, press Assist, and tag player 5
It's worth noting that you can tag the assist before or after the kill; it's your preference.
Example Block: Players 5 and 6 will team up to score the block. Press Block, and tag players 5 and 6, and the score advances.
Example Dig: Press Dig tag player, press Dig tag player.
You can tag a dig as many times as you want during a rally for multiple players
Example Highlight: Press Highlight, and tag the Player 1 and Player 2
The Highlight button is a great way to tag multiple players during a rally, something you want to remember, such as a great play that didn't result in a score.
6. Continue like that for every serve and point until the end of each set.
7. At the end of a set, press the [End Set ] button.
8. After the last point is scored for the last set of the game, press the [End Set ] button
9. Tap Exit scoring and end the game when the game is officially over.
